Shipping policy.
General information about our shipments
Our orders are prepared from Monday to Friday. Standard products take between 24 and 72 hours to prepare, and shipping takes place immediately afterward. For personalized, handmade or made-to-order products, preparation can take between 7 and 10 business days. During periods of high demand, such as Black Friday or Christmas, shipping time may be slightly extended. We do our best to ensure that your order arrives quickly and in perfect condition.
Pre-Order Products: When you purchase a pre-order product, you are reserving it before it is back in stock. Once you complete your order, it will be processed like any other purchase and your account will be charged.
Shipments will be made from the estimated date indicated in the product description.
National and European Shipping
For shipments within Spain and the European Union, we work with Correos Express and other logistics partners. Below we detail the costs and times:
- Spain (Peninsula, excludes Portugal). Our basic shipping is premium and will be free on all orders over €50. For orders under €50, the cost is €3.95. Delivery time is 24/48 hours.
- Portugal, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Free for orders over €80. For orders under €80, the cost is €7.95.
- Canary Islands: All shipments will cost €13.95.
- Europe:
- ZONE 1: Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Sweden: It will cost €16.95.
- ZONE 2: Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Turkey, Rest of Countries: It will cost €19.95.
