To personalize your bag, select the model you want in our online store and follow the instructions on the product page. You can choose from a wide variety of embroidery options for names or initials, as well as thread color. Let your imagination run wild and choose your favorite combination. Our goal is to make your bag unique and reflect your personal style.

2. What customization options are available?

We currently offer the possibility of embroidering names or initials in different thread colors. Check the customization size options for each product. The preview is indicative, the artisans in our workshop check each piece before embroidering it, as well as the correct placement of the letters in the place where they fit best so that it looks perfect.

3. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Since each bag is custom and made to order, our production process can take between 7-10 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but we will keep you informed via a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

4. Can I make changes or returns on my personalized bag?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges or returns on bags with embroidered names or initials, unless there is a manufacturing defect. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully review your order and confirm that the personalization is correct before finalizing the purchase.

5. How should I care for my personalized bag?

We recommend cleaning your bag with a damp cloth and avoiding the use of abrasive products to preserve the embroidery and the material. Keep the bag in a dry and protected place to keep it in optimal condition.

6. What do I do if my bag arrives with a defect?

If your bag has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us an email to info@mounbags.com with a photo of the defect and the order number, and our team will be happy to help you with the best possible solution.

7. Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

As bags are custom made and begin production shortly after order confirmation, we can only accept cancellations within the first 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@mounbags.com to check if cancellation is possible.

8. Does MOUNBAGS ship internationally?
